Polymer Consulting Group, LLC, (PCG) supports clients in all sectors with over 50 years combined experience in plastics and rubbers. We provide analytical testing, polymer processing, and custom synthesis services specializing in plastics, rubbers, and related small molecules. We develop monomers, additives, and polymers starting at the bench and reaching up to the 500 gallon pilot scale. We formulate and evaluate plastic and rubber compounds at scales ranging from small batches (<20 g) to larger prototypes of films, sheets, and injection molded parts on the multikilogram scale.
