Glenn has more than 40 years of work experience in the thermoplastics materials and converted products industry.  Currently Glenn is the North American Sales Manager - Recycling for Coperion Corporation, a global industrial and technological company in the areas of compounding and extrusion machinery, sorting, shredding, and washing equipment, feeding systems, bulk material handling and services.  Coperion develops, produces, and services plants, machinery, and components for the plastics and plastics recycling industry as well as for the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and minerals industries. Prior to joining Coperion, Glenn held various rolls in Sales, Market Development, Product Management and Production Management for companies in the compounding, resin polymerization and converted products segments of the industry including Washington Penn Plastics, DSM, Bayer Materials Science, Covestro, Eastman Chemicals, Berry Global, and RKW to name a few.  Before joining Coperion to head up their thermoplastics recycling market in North America Glenn ran his own commissioned sales and consulting company in thermoplastic films, resins and compounded concentrates offering market analysis, sales strategy, and product management consulting services.  Glenn is now focused on helping to build the thermoplastics recycling infrastructure needed to move the North American thermoplastics market towards a circular supply chain model.
