Maggie is a seasoned professional with extensive corporate experience at Union Carbide, Uniroyal, and Borg Warner Industries. In 1990, she founded G.H. Associates, a consulting firm specializing in commercial development in engineered materials and high-performance thermoplastics. In 2015, she established Performance Polymers and Additives LLC, focused on developing and distributing non-halogenated flame retardant additives. Maggie also played a key role in establishing Pinfa NA (Phosphorus, Inorganic and Nitrogen Flame Retardants Association) in North America, where she currently serves as Outreach Chair. She is also the Principal of PPA.
