Roger has a B.S. in Chemistry with Honors from the University of California, San Diego, USA. He has been consulting in the specialty chemicals, polymer blends and additives fields. He was at PolyOne/Avient for 19 years as first CTO and first PolyOne Fellow and 20 years at GE Plastics. He has 89 issued U.S. Patents. He is Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) Fellow and is a member of ACS, SAMPE, PINFA-NA and the Plastics Pioneers Association. Member of the Industrial Board of Advisors for the Department of Macromolecular Science and Engineering at Case Western Reserve University, USA.
